Oro Campania is a farming cooperative of olive grove owners and oil producers who aim to bring on the table of families and restaurants around the world the excellent quality and taste of our extra virgin olive oil and the tradition of our territory. Oro Campania has quality certifications like D.O.P “Colline Salernitane” - BIO - and traceability certification ISO 22000:2005. In order to deliver our promises we control the entire supply chain: from the cultivation of the plantation and harvesting, through the milling, packaging, storing, until the distribution.
"Vertical integration. Steps of the process: - Cultivation: We adopt modern cultivation techniques as alternative to the use of chemical products - Harvest: We wait for the right time of maturation. The olives are harvested and processed within 24H. - Milling: State of the art technology plant with a capacity of 4500Kg/H. Cold centrifugal extraction. - Storage and packaging: Directly in our plan. The extra virgin olive oil is subjected to chemical and organoleptic analysis and divided by type of product; preservation with nitrogen. - Sales and distribution: Internal sales department and export management."
